data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A 49-year-old patient presents with forefoot pain, predominantly in the second toe of the left foot, associated with a progressive limitation in wearing closed shoes and carrying out everyday activities.<br><br>He reports several years of symptoms, with a progressive increase in severity, although he had not previously attended a specialist centre for percutaneous surgery or microsurgery due to fear of the procedure.<br><br>After clinical assessment and completion of the preoperative work-up, with favourable results, comprehensive surgical treatment of the forefoot is indicated.<br><br>The procedure is performed using a microsurgical technique, addressing correction of the associated hallux valgus and the claw toe deformity, with the aim of restoring function and improving forefoot alignment.<br><br>The surgery is carried out under local anaesthesia, and the patient is able to walk immediately after the procedure.<br><br>The postoperative course is favourable, with regular dressing changes and good tissue healing, with no notable incidents.<br><br>During follow-up, the patient shows progressive improvement in pain and function, reporting that he can wear shoes normally again\u2014something that had previously been very limited due to his symptoms.<br><br>Overall progress is satisfactory, with appropriate functional recovery of the forefoot.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb4df5b
