The patient reported a progression of approximately 10 years, having undergone various previous treatments without a complete resolution of the condition.<br><br>During the first visit, the patient requested the removal of all affected nails as a permanent solution. Following a clinical assessment, the possibility of conservative treatment was explained, and a combined protocol of in-clinic laser therapy along with home treatment tailored to the case was ultimately chosen.<br><br>The patient resides outside the Community of Madrid, so they attended weekly sessions at the clinic during the first month.
